EJ Computers was started by Eric Johnstin in April of 2002. After three years of building clientele, EJ Computers is starting to come together. With EJ Computers' personal touch and honesty, our customers frequent our services with the knowledge that they will get their computer repaired or get an honest opinion on what their next step might be. Our objective is to make you happy. A happy customer means more happy customers. EJ Computers was formed because our founder was tired of the run around of phone tech support and hearing the hassles others had to endure by repeated computer repair shop visits. Is this a familiar scenario?
Without warning, your computer is
moving slower than usual. A few days later, it seems to be even worse ... and
now it's starting to "freeze up" at random. And then, for some unknown reason,
you're having trouble connecting to the Internet, or your printer won't respond,
or your hard drive is locked up. By this point, your computer is as helpful as a
rock. You need help! So you call one of those handy "tech support" numbers, only
to speak with someone who will only LISTEN to your problem if you agree to pay a
$5 per minute service charge. Assuming you're frustrated enough to agree to
those terms, you then explain your problem(s) and get "walked through" a few
ineffective procedures, and the diagnosis is ... "You need to call the Level 3
techs at 1-877-XXX-XXXX." (There was some money well-spent!)
And this is assuming that you can actually understand what Mr. Tech Support is
saying. So you decide to give up on this plan, and decide to take your computer
to a repair shop. Now you have to climb under the desk, unhook all your
equipment, unplug the PC, lug it into your car, and haul it into the shop. And
be without your computer for at least 2 or 3 days. Then you pay for the service,
HOPE it works right, lug the computer back home, re-hook all your hardware, and
keep your fingers crossed while the thing boots up. And what happens if, after
all this hassle, it still doesn't work right? Do you take the PC back to the
shop? Do you take it elsewhere? Do you just run out and buy a whole new
computer?

can be done in your home, on your schedule, and at your convenience. If your
problem requires that we remove the computer, rest assured that we'll bring it
back to your home in perfect working condition.
Our commitment is to do more than simply service your computer - we want to be
certain that you are
completely satisfied and comfortable with your computer service
experience. We do this by traveling to your home or office and taking care
of your computer repairs for you! After providing an initial diagnosis and
estimate, we complete most needed upgrades or repairs onsite, ensuring that your
computer system(s) work properly before we leave. In most cases, all work
can be done in a single visit. All of this for a price that is more
affordable then many of our competitors' charge for carry-in service!
Unlike our competitors, we concentrate our efforts exclusively on home and small office computer users such as yourself, that require greater attention to detail and personalized service. We do not maintain any retail stores, which allows us to keep our costs low in order to provide you with competitive service prices.
